Theatrical trailer of Shah Rukh Khan's Fan to be out on 28 February

As excitement grows over Shah Rukh Khan's thriller, Fan, the actor and director Maneesh Sharma recently launched the first song, Jabra Fan, from the upcoming YRF film.

The song - composed by Vishal-Shekhar - captures the essence of the film, which will see Shah Rukh Khan in a double role - one being that of an obsessed fan.

Promotions for Fan began in November 2015, when Yash Raj Films released their first teaser of the film. The teaser introduced viewers to the character of superstar Aryan Khanna. Another teaser followed suit, and audiences were introduced to Gaurav, the obsessed fan.

With less than two months left for the release, Shah Rukh Khan and Team YRF are all set to unveil the theatrical trailer of the film. While the teasers only served to introduce the main characters, the trailer is sure to blow the lid of the plotline of Fan.

The trailer will be launched in Mumbai on 28 February or 29 February and will be uploaded on YouTube immediately after.

The film, which also stars Waluscha De Souza, releases on 15 April 2016.
