Sara Ali Khan or Jahnvi Kapoor to star opposite Kartik Aaryan in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2?
Kartik Aaryan has come out like surprise for the film industry and post the success of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, the actor is in search for most of the project. Even the back to back success with Luka Chuppi, he also has proved that he has a mass appeal. After Luka Chuppi, the actor is in talks for two sequels, Dostana 2 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Even Dostana 2 has already been announced.
Kartik Aaryan will star alongside Janhvi Kapoor in Dostana 2. However, reports are coming that Bhushan Kumar and Murad Khetani have zeroed on Kartik Aaryan's name for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Kartik is all set to replace Akshay Kumar in the sequel of horror-comedy. The film will be directed Anees Bazmi replacing Priyadarshan and it will hold the same humour and horror from the previous one.
According to some media reports, the director Anees Bazmi is keen to cast Janhvi Kapoor or Sara Ali Khan for the leading role opposite Kartik Aaryan.
PeeingMoon quoted a source by saying, "The makers T-Series along with Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde want a younger cast for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and right now, the script is being finalised. They have a few options in mind. It will mostly be a pick between Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan. Both of them have positioned themselves really well and now, it depends on who can schedule their dates for the film,"
On the other hand, Kartik is already cast opposite Sara Ali Khan for Imtiaz Ali's next romantic drama film. Imtiaz Ali's film is slated to release on Valentine Week 2020.
