Salman Khan's Tiger Zinda Hai will be very real and relatable, promises Ali Abbas Zafar

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif will start shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai from the first week of March. Sultan Director Ali Abbas Zafar is currently on a hunt to lock the unexplored locations across the globe for his espionage thriller which is a sequel to 2012 blockbuster, Ek Tha Tiger.

In an interview, the director revealed that action entertainer would be set against a very realistic backdrop and it would not be over the top like the first part.

"It's a very different film as compared to the first one. The only common elements are the characters. The film is an espionage story set against a very relevant backdrop. In terms of execution it will be very real and relatable," said Ali.

The movie is slated to hit the big screen on 22 December 2017.
