Revealed: The release date of Aishwarya Rai-Irrfan Khan's Jazbaa trailer
Theatrical trailer of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's comeback film, Jazbaa, to be launched on Independence Day
A short teaser of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's comeback film, Jazbaa, was premiered at the Cannes Film Festival to great applause. It was only after that that director Sanjay Gupta released a poster featuring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in a rugged avatar.
Now that the hype has begun, Gupta will release the theatrical trailer of Jazbaa on 15 August. The film, also starring Irrfan Khan, Shabana Azmi and Anupam Kher, is an official remake of the Korean blockbuster Seven Days.
The thriller features Irrfan Khan as a suspended cop while Aishwarya Rai Bachchan plays a criminal lawyer.
Jazbaa releases on 9 October 2015.
About Seven Days:
Seven Days is a South Korean film featuring Yoo Ji-Yeon as a big time lawyer who has never lost a case. Her daughter is kidnapped and to get her back, Ji-Yeon must defend a five times convicted felon. She has only seven days to save him and rescue her daughter.
