Tamasha Box Office: Will Ranbir-Deepika's film score big today?

Tamasha raked in Rs 38.23 crore in the three days of its opening weekend. While this may sound impressive on paper, such growth was expected considering Tamasha had a low initial and is a multiplex film.

The film continued to do well at Mysore, Mumbai and Delhi. However the rest of the territories failed to show any respectable growth over the weekend. The film seems to have been rejected in the mass centres.
Day-wise collections:
- Friday: Rs 10.87 crore
- Saturday: Rs 13.17 crore
- Sunday: Rs 14.12 crore
- Total: Rs 38.23 crore
The budget of the film is on the higher side and the collection figures on Monday will decide the fate of the film. It is important for the film to trend well from here on to be successful.
