Rajkummar Rao starrer is set clash with Madhur Bhandarkar’s film

Indu Sarkar to release the same day as Bareilly ki Barfi

Ashwini Iyer Tiwari’s Bareilly Ki Barfi, stars Rajkummar Rao, Ayushmann Khurrana and Kriti Sanon in the lead. It is a romantic comedy and the crew has already finished shooting for it. The shoot took place in Uttar Pradesh and the makers had announced the release date of July 21 then. In the film Ayushmann will be playing a role of printing press owner, while Rajkumar is working in the same press, while Kriti is playing a modern girl.

 On the other hand, Madhur Bhandarkar’s Indu Sarkar is inspired from real story. It is about emergency period in 1975 under Indira Gandhi’s government. It features Kirti Kulhari, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Anupam Kher, Tota Roy Choudhury, Parvin Dabas, Sheeba Chaddha and Zakir Hussain. In one of the interviews Madhur has stated that he had to do a lot of research for this film and he wrapped up the film in 41 days.

The first teaser of the film was out some time ago and now the release date has been announced at July 21 by the makers of the film.
