October Box Office Collection Day 1: Varun Dhawan, Banita Sandhu's imperfectly beautiful love story managed a decent start
Varun Dhawan, Banita Sandhu starrer and Shoojit Sircar's directed film October got a release at the box office on Friday, 13th April 2018. As soon the people who came out from the theatres, they claimed that the movie is one of the best of Varun Dhawan in which his acting skills are being called commendable. Well, now its turn for the box office collection of the movie that has been average.
As per Taran Adarsh, the trade analyst, the movie that has a simple yet beautiful love story in it has managed a slow start at the box office and has earned Rs 5.04 crore at the thatres on its first day of the release. He took to his twitter account to share the news of the same and tweeted, “#October has a slow start... Biz will have to witness miraculous growth over the weekend + maintain a strong trend on weekdays to leave a mark... Word of mouth is extremely mixed... Fri ₹ 5.04 cr. India biz.”

It is being said that the film will gear up during the weekend since it is getting a lot of appreciation from the critics as well as from the audiences. If the movie manages to earn approx 20 crore in the opening weekend, it will be great for everyone.

October has been really close to Varun's heart and a lot of times during interviews and promotions he said that the movie holds a great place in his heart. At the screening of the movie he also said the same and said that he wants to take his career forward like his character Dan in the film. He said, “Dan is within all of us, we have just forgotten it with time. Let’s not lose the humanity in human and that’s what I wanted to say with October.”
For all the audiences who haven't watched the film yet, it is definitely a different movie with a love story that will touch your hearts.
