Well, remembering the cast of Mr India, Anupam Kher said that Mr India's Mogambo role was first offered to him but after few months makers finalized Amrish Puri to do the role. He further added when you came out of any film at that time you feel bad as an artist but when he saw Amrish Puri playing Mogambo's role then he thought that the makers took the right decision to cast Amrish Puri.

Let us tell you that Amrish Puri played character Mogambo became the iconic character of his career. He even got recognization at the world level after playing the iconic villain character. Amrish Puri was one of the versatile actors of the film industry and from playing a strict father to the dangerous villain, he has always ruled out on the silver screen.

Amrish Puri was one of the actors who got their image ruined by the characters they played on the silver screen. It has been heard lots of time that Amrish Puri was a pure heart person off-screen but it was his characters that made kids away from him all the time.
