My next film with Akshay Kumar is a hilarious family entertainer: Priyadarshan

Akshay Kumar who is currently busy promoting Rustom will wrap up shooting for Jolly LLB 2 by September-end. Following that, the actor is expected to start filming either Ikka or Priyadarshan's next film.

Khiladi Kumar, who has worked with Priyadarshan in comic capers like Hera Pheri, Bhagam Bhag, De Dana Dana to name a few, is now set to work with him in yet another hilarious film which Priyadarshan believes will be his best till date. In an interview to a leading daily, he said,

"I want to make Oppam (his latest Malayalam film) in Hindi but I am discussing another film with Akshay Kumar. It's the best script that I have written and is a hilarious comedy - a complete family entertainer."

On being asked when the film will go on floors, Priyadarshan said,

"Right now, I am waiting for Akshay's nod. I have always been lucky with Akshay so if he permits I will start that film first. He has liked the story line I have given him. He has never asked me what are you making? I just narrate it to him. My relationship with Akshay and Mohanlal is based on trust."

The movie will hit the big screen in 2017.
