Konkana Sen Sharma's Death in the Gunj to clash with Huma Qureshi's Dobaara

Konkana and Huma's film are set to release on June 2
Konkana Sen Sharma's directorial debut Death In the Gunj is set to release on June 2. The actress has been receiving positive feedback for the film in various festival screenings so far. The film stars Kalki Koechlin, Vikrant Massey, Tanuja, Gulshan Devaiah, Ranvir Shorey and others. It is a story a family which goes on a holiday but confronts with some supernatural activities. Konkana has also written the film and recently she also received an award for it in New York Indian Film Festival. The makers have announced that the film will release on June 2.
Incidentally Huma Qureshi ,who has worked with Konkana in Ek Thi Dayaan ,is once again part of supernatural film Dobaara. It is an official remake of American film Oculus and stars Huma's real brother Saqib Saleem,Adil Hussain and Lisa Ray. The film was initially supposed to release on May 19 but it has been pushed ahead and will now release on June 2.
Both the films belong to same genre and will clash at the box office.
