Is this the amount that Kapoor family will get after selling RK Studio?
Bollywood's showman Raj Kapoor's famous studio RK Studio is finally going to be sold as the Kapoor family jointly has decided to sell the ancient property. The Kapoor family told that after the fire in RK Studio, no one was coming there to shoot and even it was difficult to maintain the heritage.

Well, since the RK Studio is now on to sale the property dealers have started giving assumptions on the amount that Kapoor family will get after selling that RK Studio. The RK Studio is set in 2-acres property in Chembur, and Chembur is one of the largest suburbs in Eastern Mumbai.

According to a report, A realtor has suggested 500 crores for the area that is set in 2 acres. However, nothing is confirmed yet that what Kapoor family at a price they are selling the RK Studio. But it is really said that the film industry is all set to lose one of old studio and heritage of cinema after a lack of shooting.

Rishi Kapoor confirmed the news of selling RK Studio by saying, “The investment in rebuilding the studio would just not have yielded sufficient revenue to keep it going. Believe me, we had to take the larger picture into account and take a level-headed decision. Even before the fire, for years R. K. Studio had become a huge white elephant, toting up losses. The few bookings we would get from films, TV serials and ad shoots would expect free parking space, air-conditioning and discounts.”
