The shooting of the Hrithik Roshan-starrer, Kaabil, is still on-going. However, that hasn't stopped producer Rakesh Roshan from raking in over Rs 45 crore by pre-selling the film's satellite rights to Star Network.

Directed by Sanjay Gupta, Kaabil is said to be a revenge thriller, which will see Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam essaying the characters of a visually impaired couple.

Kaabil is not a part of Hrithik Roshan's Rs 550 crore deal with Star Network. However, all his films post Kaabil, except the ones produced by YRF, will be acquired by the widest Indian TV network.

The shooting of Kaabil is currently underway at a brisk pace in Mumbai and the is expected to be wrapped up by August-end. The makers are eyeing a Republic Day 2017 release and it seems they are ready to take on Shah Rukh Khan's Raees.
