Happy Bhaag Jayegi Box-Office: Diana Penty - Abhay Deol's film shows good growth over weekend

Happy Bhaag Jayegi had a fair opening weekend as the film raked in around Rs 4.58 crore on Sunday taking the three-day total to Rs 10.71 crore.
The Abhay Deol-Diana Penty film fared the best in Delhi and Punjab owing to the local flavour. There was an upward trend in the business over the weekend especially in the Mumbai belt which is a good sign for the film in the long run.
Day Wise Collections:- Friday: Rs 2.32 crore
- Saturday: Rs 3.81 crore
- Sunday: Rs 4.58 crore
- Total: Rs 10.71 crore
Social media response is on the positive side; however, the hold in collections on Monday will give an idea about the actual word of mouth around the film. Given the budget, a healthy trend from here on will ensure a hit status.
