Fukrey Returns Box Office Collection Day 1: Richa Chadha, Pulkit Samrat starrer opened up with a surprising collection

The sequel of 2013 release, Fukrey, titled as 'Fukrey Returns' returned on the silver screens yesterday on December 8. The audience were expecting some out-of-the-box content like its older movie and that is why everyone was eagerly waiting for the movie starring Pulkit Samrat,Varun Sharma, Ali Fazal, Manjot Singh, Priya Anand, Vishakha Singh, Pankaj Tripathi and Richa Chadda in leading roles.

The film opened on a decent note and earned well at the box-office as it collected Rs 8.10 crore on the first day of its release. The first part of the film had opened slow at the box-office and earned only Rs 2.62 crore by the first weekend but it was able to collect a total collection of Rs 36.5 crore. Like Fukrey, Fukrey Returns too is expected to do well on the box-office.

Popular Trade analyst, Taran Adarsh, took to his social media account to inform the audience about the first day collection. He took to the micro blogging website, Twitter, and tweeted, “And the Fukreys RETURN with a BIG BANG… #FukreyReturns has an OUTSTANDING Day 1… Fri ₹ 8.10 cr. India biz.#Fukrey [2013] had collected…Day 1: ₹ 2.62 cr Opening weekend: ₹ 9.82 cr Week 1: ₹ 18.42 cr Lifetime: ₹ 36.5 cr India biz.”
