FIVE: Akshay Kumar blocks Republic Day 2018 weekend for psychological thriller
After booking Independence Day 2017 weekend for Neeraj Pandey's Crack, Akshay Kumar has booked Republic Day 2018 for the release of Omung Kumar's next film titled, FIVE. The movie will be shot completely in United Kingdom (UK).
The psychological thriller will see Khiladi in five distinct avatars thus being one of its kind for the actor. The movie will be produced by T-Series and the director is currently busy penning the screenplay of the film.
The movie will go on floors in the second half of 2017 and expectedly so, the shooting will be wrapped up in 40 to 45 days. Other details about the film have been kept under wraps and an official announcement regarding the cast is expected to be made soon.
Director Omung Kumar confirmed the release date of FIVE on Twitter. The movie will be Akshay Kumar's third association with T-Series after Baby and Airlift. Incidentally, even Baby and Airlift were planned as Republic Day releases.
