This year has really been surprising in Bollywood and we have seen big films turning a disaster and small films making a big at the box office. Films like Thugs Of Hindostan, Batti Gul Meter Chalu and others tanked at the box office, while on the other hand, we also see films like AndhuDhun, Sui Dhaaga, Stree, Raazi, Badhaai Ho and others have performed really well.
The interesting thing is that this year we saw the three most surprising films Stree, Raazi, and Badhaai Ho entered 100 crore club. There were really a profitable venture for Bollywood producers that the films that made in very low budget performed so much at the box office. All these three films Stree, Raazi, and Badhaai Ho were made in the lowest budget it could be and these all content-driven films surprised us with their box office performance.
