Akshay Kumar now owns a 'Pro-Kabaddi League' team

The Pro Kabaddi League is getting bigger by each passing day and after grabbing the attention of the sports lovers, it is also attracting Bollywood stars.

After Abhishek Bachchan, Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar has also formed a connection with the League as he has become the owner Bengal Warriors team. The team was formerly owned by the Future Group.

This would be the first time that Akshay Kumar has bought the stakes of the Pro-Kabaddi League. Although, Akshay had earlier invested in 'World Kabaddi League'. According to media reports, a formal announcement of the same is expected to be made by this weekend.

Akshay's team is all set to play its inaugural match against Bengaluru Bulls. The league will kick-off on 28 July.

Kumar is currently busy in promoting his forthcoming film 'Toilet Ek Prem Katha'.
