Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay does well on Television: Defeats Ae Dil Hai Mushkil by a good margin
Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay premiered on Star Gold recently and the film got good impressions of 62,92,000 as per BARC TV Rating.
The film did well in the urban areas however failed to make it to the list of top 5 films of week 8 in the rural belt of India. While the film lost the battle against Ae Dil Hai Mushkil at the box office by a margin of Rs 15 crore, this Ajay Devgn film has fared much better than the Karan Johar directorial on television.
The world television premiere of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil on 26 January, recorded poor impressions of approximately 24,22,000.
Salman Khan’s Sultan continued its good run on television as the sixth screening of the film recorded impressive viewership of 47,99,000 as per BARC.
