Don 3: After Raees, Shah Rukh Khan to rock the bad boy image yet again

Ever since the release of Don 2, reports of Farhan Akhtar penning a script for Don 3 have been hitting the headlines. Apart from the script, even the star-cast of the much anticipated thriller has been spoken about.

Ritesh Sidhwani of Excel Entertainment, which is also producing Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film, Raees, in an interview with Hindustan Times confirmed that Farhan Akhtar has got an idea for Don 3 and he will soon start developing the script.

"Yes, we have an idea, and we are now going to put it into the scripting stage. We want to make Don 3; there's a 100% confirmation on that. So, we are surely thinking about it. And it's going to happen," said Sidhwani.

On being asked if they are eying any deadline for the film's release, Sidhwani said,

"We will do it soon. Earlier, we were just thinking about it. But now that we have an idea, Farhan is going to start writing it,"

After wrapping up the shooting for Raees and Fan, King Khan is currently in Goa shooting for Gauri Shinde's next film with Alia Bhatt. After Gauri's film, Shah Rukh Khan is expected to promote his two releases following which he will start shooting for Aanand L Rai's next film, which releases in Christmas 2017.

There is a huge possibility that Don 3 will go on floors with Shah Rukh Khan in early 2017.
