After Baahubali, get ready for another spectacle - Puli, starring Vijay and Sridevi
After Baahubali, the south film industry is back with yet another period film with great visuals - Puli, starring Vijay, Shruti Haasan, Sridevi and Sudeep.
Puli marks the return of Vijay almost a year after Kaththi, while Sridevi returns to films after much acclaim for her role in English Vinglish.
In the trailer, Sridevi wears heavy costumes and ornaments for her role as a queen, and looks stunning.
Known for his negative roles, Sudeep will show his dark side yet again. Going by the trailer, his fight sequence with Vijay seems to be one of the major highlights of the film.
Devi Sri Prasad has done the music, and we can expect some catchy tunes from the ace music composer.
What is Puli?
'When it comes to enmity, I am a tiger (Puli)', says Vijay in the trailer. Vijay will save the village from the cruel emperor and empress, Sudeep and Sridevi.
