After Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Ranbir Kapoor & Anushka Sharma team up once more for Dutt biopic

After having worked together in Bombay Velvet and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma are ready to team up for Rajkumar Hirani's biopic on Sanjay Dutt.

Media speculations have been rife that Anushka will essay the character of Manyata Dutt; however, the official spokesperson of the film has confirmed to a leading daily that the actress would have an extended cameo in the film.

Reportedly, she will essay the character of a scribe/biographer who chronicles Sanjay's life in the film. The biopic, tentatively titled Dutt, is expected to go on floors in January 2017.

In the film, Ranbir Kapoor will dawn three different looks including one that requires him to go bald. The film is currently being scripted and the cast will officially be announced in December.

Dutt is expected to hit the big screens during the Christmas weekend of 2018.
