Abhishek Bachchan, Pulkit Samrat to star in JP Dutta's Paltan

National award winning filmmaker JP Dutta, who is popularly known for making war based movies is going to direct another chapter of history, to tell the stories of our war heroes to the world. After Umrao Jaan, the Veteran filmmaker is all set to direct another war based film.

The first look of the film Paltan has released, as per the sources, the film is based upon 1961 Indo-China war. The first poster of the film shows, as army men moving an uneven path with the tagline 'Brother to my right. Brother to my left. Together we stand. Together we fight.'.

The casting of Dutta’s drama remains underway and will be announced soon. According to the sources, Paltan will be a multi-starrer film. “There are rumours that Abhishek Bachchan and Pulkit Samrat can star in this war-based film."

The trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the logo of JP Dutta's film on Twitter and captioned, “JP Dutta unveils the logo of his war drama #Paltan... Directed by JP Dutta, the film goes on floors later this year... 2018 release... Logo:”
