A Death In The Gunj trailer: Konkona Sensharma brings us an intriguing film with a spectacular starcast
The trailer of Konkona Sensharma's first directorial venture, A Death in the Gunj, is out and it is intriguing, to say the very least.
The 3 minute, 22 seconds trailer of the film, a murder mystery set in the 70s, begins with a family returning to their ancestral home. Tragedy strikes when the youngest member of the family disappears. The trailer ends with what appears to be a rather unconventional reveal about the perpetrators of a crime.
The film boasts of some of Bollywood's best talent, including Om Puri, Tillotama Shome, Ranvir Shorey, Kalki Koechlin, Vikrant Massey and Gulshan Devaiah. The film also stars veteran actor Tanuja and Jim Sarbh of Neerja fame.
Konkana has penned the script for A Death in the Gunj, which has been produced by Abhishek Chaubey. The release date of the film has not been announced yet.
