Shocking video: skydiver dangles at 10,000 feet after jumpsuit gets stuck in plane

In a shocking incident, a skydiver in Peru is luckily alive after he got caught on the plane's exit door while trying to jump out.

The skydiver identified as Fernando Gava, had his jumpsuit stuck to the plane's step while he was trying to jump out of the plane.

The video of the incident has gone viral after Maurice Mathey, a friend who had recorded the frightening footage posted it on social media.

Gava dangled precariously for about 30 minutes while the plane circled at an altitude of about 10,000 feet. In a bid to save himself, Gava finally managed to use a knife to cut himself loose.

Once he was free, he released his parachute. His only injury was a cut on his hand from the knife.
