The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has started the preliminary entrance examinations for the recruitment of the IBPS Clerk posts from 8th December 2018. Clerk exam is one of the biggest exams for the post of Clerk which is conducted by the IBPS as it allows the lakhs of aspirants to apply for the job.

However, the shift 1 exam for the recruitment of IBPS Clerk has been concluded now. Now, everyone wanted to know about how was the exam and what kind of questions were asked in the examination.

As per the reports of TOI, the questions were easier in comparison to the last year exam. The exam was divided into three sections: Numerical ability (35 questions and 35 marks), English language (30 questions and 30 marks) and Reasoning ability (35 questions and 35 marks).

The computer-based exam duration was one hour. Reportedly, the questions from Numerical ability and reasoning ability was easy. While the questions asked in the English section was moderate to easy.

This year, IBPS has released a recruitment to fill the total of 7,275 vacancies for the clerk posts The selected candidates will be recruited in the various banks under the IBPS across the country.

However, the application process for the examination was begun from 18th September 2018 and was closed on 10th October 2018.

The prelims examination for IBPS Clerk will be held on 8th December, 9th December, 15th and 16th December. For these exams, candidates can download their admit card till 15th December.

Meanwhile, 8th December exam has been concluded now and as per the analysts, the exam was easy to moderate.

1). Aman invests 15% of his income in LIC, he gives rest amount to his mother. Mother invests 90% and left with 3060. What is the monthly income of Aman?

2.) A is 1.5 times more efficient than B, and C is two times efficient than A, A and B take 2.5 days to complete the work, how many days will B and C together take to complete the work?

3). 68% population in a village is literate, out of which Female to male ratio is 6:11. The ratio of illiterate Female to male is 1:3. Then find the ratio of illiterate Female to literate Female?

4). An amount invested in a business such that the ratio of investment to the total amount received in 5 years at simple interest is 5/8. Find percent interest.

5). No of Boys in a school is 4 more than No of Girls in total strengthen of 40 students. Average number of Girls is 44 and total average of school is 48.4, then find the average of Boys.
